Injection Molding Technology

1. The mould should have the stability of injection production and the repeatability of adjusting process parameters within the normal injection process conditions.

2. Injection pressure in injection moulding production should generally be less than 85% of the rated maximum injection pressure of the injection moulding machine.

3. The injection speed of injection moulds during production is not less than 10% of the rated maximum injection speed or 90% of the rated maximum injection speed.

4. Pressure holding pressure in injection moulding production should generally be less than 85% of the actual maximum injection pressure.

5. The clamping force in injection moulding production should be less than 90% of the rated clamping force of the applicable model.

6. In the process of injection moulding, it is easy and safe to remove the product and nozzle material (the time is usually no more than 3 seconds each).

7. Moulds with inserts are easy to install and reliable to fix in production.
