FS139 die steel is a new generation of wear resistant mirror die steel developed by Chinese smelting experts after years of research and development. After vacuum heat treatment, the hardness is up to 52-56hrc, and the toughness is very high. It is suitable for adding glass fiber, flame retardant, switch, socket, bakelwood and other plastic molds that require high wear resistance. FS139 plastic material meets the requirements of simultaneous stamping and forming of plastic and metal sheet, which is 2-3 times longer than the life of S136 and other materials, and surpasses the S136 mould steel imported from Sweden in some properties.

Application case of FS139 die steel

The material is suitable for manufacturers to use glass fiber, flame retardant and high precision phosphorous bronze pieces in their products. Users use imported S136 materials to prepare multiple sets of duplicate molds, and the use of desong mold steel distribution of FS139 steel material mold can achieve more than 2 million die life, solve the problem of development of multiple sets of molds and multiple times of mold repair. In addition, FS139 can be polished up to 12000# to meet the requirements of high mirror surface for switches and sockets.
