Apparent quality of injection products includes surface roughness and surface defects. The apparent quality of injection moulded products has a great relationship with the mould, so it is required that the apparent quality of injection moulded products should be better, and a grade should be added in the manufacture of the mould. If the influence of surface defects is not considered, the apparent quality is mainly the surface roughness of products. The surface roughness of general materials and dies has the greatest influence on the surface roughness of products. The roughness of die cavity should be one or two grades lower than that of product.

Increase the size of nozzle hole, runner and gate.
