The main feature of the mechanism that the guide plate is in the dynamic mode while the slider is in the fixed mode and is locked by the integral outer cone is that the guide plate is in the dynamic mode while the slider is in the fixed mode, and the integral outer cone is used for locking. If properly designed, the pushing mechanism can be saved. On the other hand, if the slider is made into a floating type on the moving die side, the plastic parts will fall off automatically, and then there will be a push-and-pull mechanism. When the die is just opened, a straight section of the sliding groove makes the plastic part leave part of the core and eliminates the wrapping force. When the inclined line of the sliding groove is reached, the slider is guided to move laterally, thus core pulling is realized. The locking of slider can be used in different forms as the side core-pulling mechanism of inclined guide pillar and so on.

The locking pin can reduce the volume of the die and simplify the processing. When the secondary mechanism is adopted, the chute should be left with a straight section or an oblique section with an inclination angle less than the taper slope of the pin, so that the pin can smoothly release the slider when opening the die and enter smoothly when resetting.

Hysteretic core-locking slider guide plate core-pulling mechanism

In order to prevent core deformation and shearing, the mechanism of skillfully locking the core must have a corresponding length of straight line segment on the guide plate chute.

Slide guide plate mechanism, which is very similar to bending pin parting core pulling mechanism, is a guide plate mechanism. A fork-shaped notch is opened in the middle of the slide guide plate, and a part of the slide block is placed in the notch. A cylindrical pin is installed on the slide block. During the opening process, the slide guide plate drives the cylindrical pin, so that the core can be pulled out. When the die is closed, the slide guide plate drives the core to be reset, and the inclined surface of the wedge on the fixed template makes the core completely reset and locked.

Another type of core-pulling structure of slider guide plate is that the die is to form a plastic part with multiple side holes in a circle, and the slider guide plate is a rotating disc. The disc also has a corresponding number of inclined grooves. Each inclined groove drives the slider fixed with it through a cylindrical pin. The slider slides outward in its respective guide grooves, so that the side core is pulled out, and then the plastic parts are pushed out through a push rod. The rotating and resetting of the disc is driven by the inclined guide column fixed on the fixed die.

The slider guide plate and the side core are commonly installed in combination structure. Structural forms commonly used for slider guide plate and side core. Similar slider guide plate matching with side core, screw mounting on side core, notch opening on side core and roller mounting on side core are introduced in the figure.
