When the oblique slider slides to both sides for parting, it is hoped that the plastic parts will leave each oblique slider at the same time, instead of adhering to any side of the slider. The main core set on one side of the moving die is inserted into the plastic part, so that the plastic part can be maintained in the central position and leave the sliders at the same time. In order to shorten the launching distance of the slider, only one section of the main core is set on the moving die edge, and its height should ensure that it can play a guiding role for the plastic parts at the beginning of parting. Generally speaking, the slider can be pushed out directly without directly pushing the plastic parts, but sometimes in order to force the plastic parts uniformly, there are pushing rods or pushing plates of the plastic parts besides the pushing rods of the pushing oblique slider in the mould, so that both of them can move synchronously, and the pushing plate can also be used to push the oblique slider and the plastic parts at the same time, so that the force of each slider is uniform and the motion is synchronous.

Since there is lateral sliding between the head of the push rod and the bottom of the slide block, the head of the push rod and the slide block should have enough contact area to avoid severe wear and tear. It is better to push the slide block with hardened cushion plate or install rollers on the top of the push rod. For the slider with high positioning accuracy, small guide pillars should be set between the valve modules.

When the number of sliders is more (6 or more), the sliding groove is limited by its position, so the sliding mechanism of the oblique slider is usually in the form of oblique sliding. After opening the mould, the ejection mechanism on the injection machine pushes the baffle, and drives the inclined rod to move along the inclined groove on the template, while doing core pulling and ejection. After opening the mould, the ejection mechanism on the injection machine pushes the baffle, and drives the inclined slide rod to do inner core pulling and ejection products.

Gear rack core pulling

In general, because of the installation of transmission system, the core-pulling die of gear and rack is relatively large, and the manufacture and assembly are complex. However, the core pulling by rack and gear is stable, reliable and applicable. It can be used for core pulling by side holes, convex and concave holes, oblique holes, convex and concave holes and arc holes. If properly designed, the die structure is not necessarily large or complex. The mechanism usually uses open-die drive to pull the original rack, and the original rack to drive the gear. Then the gear drives the core rack to complete the core pulling action. It can pull the core straight or bend the core. There are also connecting rod mechanisms to drive the rotation of the original gear.
